Lexoraa Industries Ltd has approved the financial reports, convened its upcoming annual general meeting, and appointed M/s. Jay Bhatt & Associates as secretarial auditors for a five-year term alongside M/s. Jay Bhatt & Associates as the scrutinizer.

The company has also regularized Mr. Rakesh Agrawal and Preeti Vijayvargia as independent directors and appointed Sam Sharda Fernandes as an executive director, while engaging CDSL to provide e-voting services for shareholders.
