Corporate Merchant Bankers Ltd has appointed M/s. Shweta Jain & Co LLP as internal auditor for the upcoming financial year.

Additionally, the company proposed the appointment of M/s. D D S & Associates as statutory auditors and M/s. Jay Pandya & Associates as secretarial auditors for a five-year term, pending shareholder approval.

The company approved shifting its registered office and the location for maintaining books of accounts to a new address in Ahmedabad, alongside scheduling its upcoming annual general meeting for shareholders.
