Niks Technology Ltd announced an acquisition of 100% equity in Dev Satya Infra Private Limited via share swap.

The board also approved increasing authorized capital to Rs. 10 Crore, expanding business objects into infrastructure, and raising funds through preferential share and convertible warrant issues.
