Country Club Hospitality & Holidays has convened its 35th Annual General Meeting for September 30, 2026, approved the Directors' Report for the financial year ending March 31, 2026, and proposed extending the tenure of Chairman & Managing Director Y. Rajeev Reddy until March 2029.
