Coforge Limited has announced the resignation of Mr. O P Bhatt from his role as Non-Executive Independent Director and Chairperson, effective immediately.

This development follows an internal audit review that identified concerns regarding the handling and disclosure of material information during the Board Evaluation Exercise led by the Chairperson.

Concurrently, the Board has designated Mr. Vivek Sharma as the interim Chairperson until January 31, 2027. This leadership transition matters to stakeholders as it addresses governance and transparency standards within the company's oversight structure.
