Tata Capital Limited has announced a leadership transition in its treasury division.

Mr. Kiran Joshi, the current Head of Treasury, will superannuate from the company.

To ensure seamless continuity in fund-raising and liability strategy, the board has approved the appointment of Mr. Mandar Joshi as the new Head of Treasury.

Mr. Mandar Joshi brings over two decades of extensive financial services experience, having been associated with the organization since 2007. This planned succession ensures stability in core treasury operations and institutional stakeholder relationships, keeping the company's financial strategies well-guided.
