Allotment of Securities

HDB Financial Services has allotted 20,000 secured redeemable non-convertible debentures (NCDs) of face value ₹10,00,000 each, aggregating to ₹20,18,17,01,644 on a private placement basis, resulting in a fresh fund infusion for the company.
