As part of this internal shift, product leaders will now report straight to their respective Business Heads.

Consequently, the Chief Product Officer role has been discontinued, and Mr. Prasanna Arunachalam is no longer classified as a senior management personnel, though he remains employed with the company.

This operational tweak aims to streamline execution and drive closer synergy between product development and long-term business goals, impacting how product initiatives are managed moving forward.
