The record dates are set for September 11, 2026 (Maturity: Sep 15, 2026), September 29, 2026 (Maturity: Sep 30, 2026), October 8, 2026 (Maturity: Oct 9, 2026), and November 16, 2026 (Maturity: Nov 17, 2026). Shareholders and noteholders holding these instruments as of the respective record dates will be eligible for the redemption payouts on maturity.
