Shashijit Infraprojects has received a Demand-cum-Show Cause Notice from the Central G.S.T. authorities for the financial year 2022-23. The tax office has proposed a total financial liability of ₹3,51,327, which includes ₹93,177 for excess Input Tax Credit, ₹15,650 for unpaid late fees on delayed GSTR-3B filings, and ₹2,42,500 for interest on delayed tax payments, alongside applicable penalties and interest.

This development is currently at the show-cause notice stage and subject to adjudication, with the company confirming no material impact on its daily operations at this point.
