Madhya Bharat Agro Products has restructured the utilization of proceeds from its preferential equity issue due to undersubscription by certain allottees.

The total issue proceeds reduced to 300.48 Cr.

Allocation for the new manufacturing facility in Dhule, Maharashtra, decreased to 33.00 Cr, while working capital and general corporate purposes remain unchanged at 192.48 Cr and 75.00 Cr.
