Bluspring Enterprises Limited has announced key management changes involving its secretarial and compliance leadership.

Mr. Arjun Sunil Makhecha has stepped down from his role as Company Secretary, Compliance Officer, Key Managerial Personnel, and Nodal Officer to pursue opportunities outside the organization.

To fill this vacancy, the company has appointed Mr. Raman Sapra to the same positions.

Additionally, the company has updated its authorized key managerial personnel responsible for determining the materiality of events and making necessary disclosures to the stock exchanges.
