Bizotic Commercial Ltd has announced a preferential issue of up to 1.36 crore convertible warrants to promoter and non-promoter entities.

Each warrant converts into one equity share.

The company will also convene an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting to seek shareholder approval for this fundraising plan.
