Geetanjali Credit and Capital Ltd has appointed Mr. Shreedhar Vasant Godbole as the Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer for a five-year term, drawing on his extensive experience in commerce education, share market coaching, and trading activities.

Concurrently, Mr. Avinash Verma has stepped down from his position as Additional Executive Director due to prior commitments.

Additionally, the company has approved the reconstitution of various board committees to streamline its corporate governance structure and support ongoing business operations.
