H S India Ltd has appointed M/s. R. M. Hariyani & Co. as its new statutory auditor for a five-year term, taking over from the retiring firm M/s. K. K. Haryani & Co. Shareholders approved this leadership change in the audit oversight at the recent annual general meeting following a proposal from the internal committees.

This transition ensures continuity in financial reporting and independent audit compliance for the company as the newly appointed firm brings its established expertise in handling statutory and tax audits for listed entities.
