The New India Assurance Company Limited has announced leadership changes, assigning the additional charge of Chairman-cum-Managing Director to Executive Director Mr. S. Sivasankar.

This interim appointment follows a government order and spans an initial period of three months or until a regular successor is appointed.

Mr. Sivasankar brings over three decades of insurance sector experience, having previously served across various operational and managerial capacities at National Insurance Company Limited before joining the board as an Executive Director.

This leadership update ensures operational continuity at the apex management level, providing stability for stakeholders and maintaining strategic oversight across the company’s business verticals.
