Tuni Textile Mills Ltd has announced a rights issue of 48.98 Crore fully paid-up equity shares at ₹1 each, totaling up to 48.98 Crore.

Shareholders will receive 15 rights equity shares for every 4 fully paid-up equity shares held as of the record date.

The proceeds aim to fund capital requirements, offering existing investors an opportunity to increase their stake at face value.
