Hittco Tools Ltd has announced a board meeting on a later date due to unavoidable circumstances.

The rescheduled meeting will focus on key corporate decisions, including a proposal to alter the main object clause of the memorandum of association, evaluate fund raising through equity shares, convertible warrants, and other securities, change the company name, and incorporate a new subsidiary in the UAE.

Additionally, the board will discuss convening an extra-ordinary general meeting.

In line with these updates, the trading window for dealing in company securities remains closed for insiders and designated persons until further notice.
