Mangalam Worldwide Limited has shared the security cover certificate for its outstanding non-convertible debentures amounting to 50.17 Crores.

The total security value stands at 16.26 Crores based on book value and 68.53 Crores based on market value, comprising mortgaged land and building, subsidiary plant and equipment, and promoter equity investments.

This results in a security cover ratio of 0.32 on a book value basis and 1.37 on a market value basis, providing transparency to debenture holders on asset backing and debt coverage levels.
