The Indian Wood Products Company Ltd has announced board changes, accepting the resignation of Puja Somani from her position as Additional Director due to personal reasons.

In her place, the company has appointed Seema Agarwal as an Additional Director in the independent category, bringing over 22 years of corporate law and compliance experience to the board.

Additionally, the company has issued a corrigendum to the upcoming annual general meeting notice to replace the proposed resolution regarding Somani with the appointment of Agarwal, pending shareholder approval.
