Indo Thai Securities has executed transaction documents with Axis Trustee Services for issuing secured, redeemable, unlisted, unrated non-convertible debentures up to ₹10 Crore on a private placement basis, backed by an exclusive floating charge over stock-in-trade and investments, maintaining a 1.25x asset cover.
