Vishnu Prakash R Punglia Limited has clarified that CARE migrated its bank facilities to the "Issuer Not Cooperating" category and CARE D rating due to a transition in rating mandates and lack of fresh data submission to them.

The company rejected this review, stating it does not reflect actual financials.

It has appointed a new rating agency, continues servicing all debt obligations on time, and faces no operational issues.
