Venus Pipes & Tubes Limited has announced the successful re-appointment of Arun Axaykumar Kothari as Chairman and Managing Director, alongside Megharam Sagramji Choudhary and Dhruv Mahendrakumar Patel as Wholetime Directors, for a consecutive five-year term.

Additionally, shareholders approved the second term for four independent directors—Kailash Nath Bhandari, Shyam Agrawal, Pranay Ashok Surana, and Komal Lokesh Khadaria—each for a five-year period.
