ACME Solar's Board approved consolidated financial results for FY26, reporting over Rs 2,023 Cr in revenue and ~Rs 498 Cr profit. Arun Chopra takes over as the new CFO from Rajat Kumar Singh. ESOP plan changes also approved.
ACME Solar's board met, approving strong Q3 & 9M consolidated results. Q3 profit hit Rs. 113.80 Cr with Rs. 496.79 Cr revenue. Shareholders also get an interim dividend of Rs. 0.20/share, with February 6, 2026 as the record date.
