Aegis Logistics' board approved Q2 & H1 consolidated results. Revenue from operations was ₹4,013.42 Cr, with profit at ₹310.95 Cr (EPS ₹8.86). An interim dividend of ₹2/share was previously paid. Subsidiary AVTL completed a ₹2,800 Cr IPO during the period.

Aegis Logistics' board approved selling its 51% stake in step-down subsidiary HALPG for ₹701.61 Cr to associate AVTL. HALPG, which contributed 2.49% to turnover and 10.07% to net worth, will no longer be a subsidiary post-transaction.
