Apollo Pipes board approved a ₹300 Cr investment to launch a tiles & ceramics subsidiary. It also greenlit issuing 31 lakh warrants at ₹610 each, raising ₹189.10 Cr from non-promoters. Authorized share capital increased to ₹60 Cr to support this.
