Aster DM Quality Care made strong ESG gains in FY26: 30% electricity from renewables, 16,000+ tCO₂e avoided. Commissioned 8.5 MW solar park, expected to save INR 4 Cr annually. Social initiatives, including INR 4.17 Cr in free/subsidized surgeries, benefited over 1.2 million people.
KIMS Health (subsidiary) will add 184 beds to its Trivandrum hospital, reaching 979 beds. The ~Rs. 134.4 Cr expansion, funded by debt/equity, will enhance patient experience, expand specialties, and strengthen infrastructure, targeting completion by 2028.
Aster DM Healthcare has formally shared contact details for its Key Managerial Personnel responsible for official disclosures to stock exchanges. This includes the MD & Group CEO, Group CFO, and Company Secretary & Compliance Officer.
Aster DM's subsidiary, Sarjapur Entity, allotted Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares worth ~Rs 7.72 Cr to identified investors. Sarjapur Entity plans further capital raises. Aster DM will maintain over 75% shareholding in the subsidiary post-conversion of all CCPS.
Subsidiary Aster DM Multispecialty Hospital (ADMPL) allotted Series A & B CCPS, securing ₹11.62 Cr from investors. These will convert into equity shares, and ADMPL seeks further capital. Aster DM Healthcare will retain over 75% stake.
