Bajaj Auto, the flagship company of Bajaj Group, is a two-wheeler and three-wheeler manufacturing company that exports to 79 countries across several countries in Latin America, Southeast Asia, and many more. Its headquarter is in Pune, India.It has acquired 48% of the KTM Brand which manufactures sports and super sports two-wheelers, which was 14% in 2007 when the company first acquired KTM.
Bajaj Auto's August 2026 sales jumped 28% year-on-year to 5,35,764 units, driven by strong export growth of 51%. Year-to-date sales also saw a robust 29% increase. This indicates solid operational performance.

Bajaj Auto's July sales surged 30% YoY to 474,677 units, driven by robust exports up 39%. Domestic sales increased 20%. Year-to-date volumes also grew 29%, with exports up 50%.
Bajaj Auto granted 402,036 employee stock options under its ESOS 2019. Each option, convertible into one equity share, has an exercise price of Rs. 10,522.50. This move aligns employee incentives with company growth.
Bajaj Mobility AG, a Bajaj Auto subsidiary, reported strong preliminary Q2/26 results: revenue reached EUR 370 mio, motorcycle sales increased 71% to 48,672 units, and EBITDA margin turned positive to 8.7% from -55.6% in Q2/25. This indicates a significant operational turnaround.
