Chalet Hotels has completed the 100% acquisition of Lakeview Mercantile Company Private Limited, making it a wholly-owned subsidiary. This move secures a strategic land parcel in Bambolim, Goa, earmarked for developing a luxury resort with approximately 170 rooms, expanding the company's hospitality footprint.
Chalet Hotels expands its ATHIVA® brand with 150 keys in Hyderabad and 231 keys in Pune. This capital-efficient lease model defers capex, with fit-out costs of ₹1.35 Cr/key for Hyderabad and ₹1.08 Cr/key for Pune, boosting its growth pipeline to ~5,500 keys.
