Davangere Sugar received approval for regulatory reclassification of S S Mallikarjuna and S B Murugesh from Promoter to Public shareholders. This moved 2.08 Cr shares (0.15% of total equity) to the public category, altering the promoter holding structure.
Davangere Sugar is expanding ethanol capacity to 110 KLPD and adding a 35 TPD CO2 recovery plant. Diversifying into grain trading and strengthening farmer partnerships, these initiatives aim to boost revenue, profitability, and long-term shareholder value.
