GTPL Hathway's revenue for the quarter crossed ₹1,019.9 Cr (up 12% YoY), with EBITDA jumping 20% QoQ to ₹109.2 Cr. PAT reached ₹2.3 Cr. A key acquisition of ACT Group's Digital TV businesses for ₹36.23 Cr will add ~6 lakh subscribers.
GTPL acquired the Cable TV business of seven ACT Group companies for Rs. 36.23 crore cash. This expands its footprint, adding ~6 lakh subscribers across Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Orissa, and Karnataka, strengthening its market presence.
GTPL Hathway's full-year revenue grew 7% to ₹3,746.6 Cr, with broadband revenue up 2%. Q4 revenue reached ₹934.4 Cr. The company declared a dividend of ₹2 per share and launched 'GTPL Infinity', a HITS platform for nationwide TV distribution.
GTPL Hathway Q3 FY26 consolidated revenue grew 5% to ₹938.2 Cr. Profit After Tax rose to ₹11.1 Cr, with PBT up 14%. Broadband subscribers reached 1.06 million, up 18K Y-o-Y. Company launched GTPL Infinity HITS Platform for nationwide TV signal distribution. #GTPL #Earnings
