HEG Limited is now HEG Advanced Materials. The company completed a scheme, demerging its graphite electrodes business into a new listed entity, HEG Graphite Limited. HEG Advanced Materials retains advanced materials and green power. Shareholders receive 1:1 shares in HEG Graphite.
