Incorporated in 1958, Hindalco Industries Ltd. is a flagship company of the Aditya Birla Group. The Co and its subsidiaries are primarily engaged in the production of Aluminium and Copper. It is alsoengaged in the manufacturing of aluminium sheet, extrusion and light gauge products for use in packaging markets like beverage and food, can and foil products, etc.
Hindalco commissioned India's first Superfine PPT ATH plant in Belagavi with 30,000 tonnes annual capacity. This strengthens domestic cable fire safety, reduces import dependence, and operates entirely on renewable energy.

Hindalco's subsidiary Novelis secured a $500 million short-term unsecured loan facility. This financing move strengthens Novelis's liquidity, supporting ongoing operations and potential growth plans.
Hindalco posted record consolidated revenue of ₹2,74,944 Cr and EBITDA of ₹38,097 Cr. It targets over 2 million tonnes aluminium and 1 million tonnes integrated copper capacity, evaluating ₹1 lakh Cr in India investments. Novelis achieved $200M cost savings. A ₹5 per share dividend was approved.
