IndoStar Capital Finance saw Q4FY26 disbursements hit ₹1,306 Cr (+17% QoQ, +21% YoY) and AUM grow to ₹8,056 Cr (+5% QoQ). Pre-provision operating profit rose 51% YoY to ₹93 Cr. The company made provisions for security receipts and a macro-uncertainty overlay, alongside tech and branch expansion.
