Inox Wind Limited has informed the Exchange regarding a press release dated September 03, 2026, titled "Press Release- Inox Wind secures repeat turnkey order from Indian Oil Corporation Limited."".
Inox Wind reported Q1 consolidated revenue of ₹1,161.59 Cr and profit of ₹64.09 Cr. The company is appealing invoked bank guarantees worth ₹55.78 Cr for SPV projects, facing potential costs. An internal group demerger of power evacuation business also became effective.
Inox Wind secured a 200 MW turnkey order from NLC India Limited, valued at ₹1,600 crore. This repeat order boosts its order book to 4.7 GW. The project will be commissioned in 24 months, including supply, EPC, and O&M.
Inox Wind signed an MoU with Inox Clean to supply 1,500 MW wind turbines, boosting IWL's order book to over 4.5 GW. This ensures multi-year revenue visibility, aligning with the INOXGFL Group's 'One Integrated' strategy to leverage internal synergies for growth.
