K.P. Energy Limited has informed the Exchange regarding 'Receipt of Letter of Intent (LOI) for 21 MW Wind / 21 MWp Solar Hybrid Power Project under Group Captive Arrangement'.
KPEL received an LOA from SECI for a 100 MW ISTS-connected Wind Power Project. The project, under the IPP segment, has a tariff of ₹3.67/kWh. It's expected to be completed within 24 months post PPA execution, increasing KPEL's IPP portfolio to ~150 MW.
K.P. Energy secured a 99MW turnkey wind power project in Bhuj, Gujarat, from Inox Renewable Solutions. The contract covers full development, including engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning. Execution timeline is as per project schedules.
