Paytm has communicated details for its 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM), to be held virtually. Shareholders can access the AGM Notice and FY25-26 Annual Report online. The company also guided unregistered shareholders on accessing these crucial documents.
Paytm expanded reporting to include its payments subsidiary, now an RBI-licensed Payment Aggregator. It settled a SEBI ESOP matter for ₹1.11 Cr and paid a ₹0.19 Cr RBI FEMA fine. Minor GST fines and a ₹0.60 Cr GST penalty (appealed) were noted. Soundbox transactions significantly reduced paper use.

Paytm's wholly-owned European unit, Paytm Europe, has secured a payment institution license from Luxembourg. This enables them to provide key payment services, including credit transfers and transaction acquiring, expanding their footprint.
Paytm's associate, Paytm Payments Bank (PPBL), is undergoing voluntary winding-up due to its banking license cancellation. This disposal is not expected to materially impact Paytm's business or financials, as PPBL contributed 'Nil' to its revenue. Paytm's core services remain uninterrupted.
