Rockingdeals Circular Economy Limited is expanding its re-commerce footprint by broadening sourcing partnerships with top-tier brands and incorporating e-waste operations. The company aims to manage the complete lifecycle of electronic products, from sourcing and refurbishment to distribution, while strengthening operational efficiency and market presence across India.
Rockingdeals Circular Economy approved an unsecured loan of AED 7,70,000 to its wholly-owned subsidiary, Rockingdeals General Trading LLC. The 1-year loan at 9% annual interest will fund the subsidiary's general corporate and business purposes.
Rockingdeals Circular Economy posted strong FY26 consolidated revenue of 119.84 Cr and PAT of 10.13 Cr. Cash from share issuance (21.12 Cr) supported growth, despite operating cash outflow (21.47 Cr) due to working capital. A new Dubai subsidiary's financials were management-reviewed. IPO proceeds were utilized as planned.
Rockingdeals Circular Economy confirms it is not a 'Large Corporate,' exempting it from specific debt raising frameworks. Outstanding borrowings were 8.43 Cr as of March 31.
Rockingdeals Circular Economy, listed on the SME Exchange, is exempt from certain corporate governance provisions, including the annual secretarial compliance report. Rules for related party transactions, however, still apply.
