Rossell Techsys secured its first order from a new global semiconductor client for manufacturing electrical wire harnesses. This strategic international engagement, to be executed over 12 months, is a significant milestone expected to drive future growth and strengthen its global semiconductor presence.
Rossell Techsys' promoter group sold 18.47 lakh shares (~4.9% equity) to Kotak Mutual Fund for 166.24 Cr via a block deal. This reduces promoter holding from 74.80% to 69.90%, increasing the public float without any new share issuance.
Rossell Techsys: Promoter Rishab Mohan Gupta has sold 3,39,268 shares through an open market block deal. This disposal reduced his personal shareholding from 17.67% to 16.77%. Consequently, the total promoter group holding now stands at 69.90%, down from 74.80%.
