RattanIndia Power Limited is one of India’s largest private power generation company, with installed capacity of 2,700 MW thermal power plants at Amravati and Nashik (1,350 MW at each location) in Maharashtra, India.
RattanIndia Power's promoters released shares that secured a Rs. 550 Cr working capital facility. Consequently, their entire 44.06% stake in the company is now completely free from all pledges and restrictions.

RattanIndia Power reported FY26 revenue of Rs. 2,991.36 Cr and a profit of Rs. 46.59 Cr. Its Amravati plant achieved 82.10% PLF, ranking top in Maharashtra. Q4 revenue increased 8% to Rs. 787.69 Cr. India's power generation saw 1.0% growth.
RattanIndia Power announced that four family trusts, previously granted special conditions for indirect company acquisitions, have confirmed their compliance for FY26. This validates their adherence to rules governing significant shareholdings.
Rattanindia Power reported strong quarterly consolidated profit of ₹54.26 Cr. All IBC applications regarding RPS redemption were ruled in the company's favor, eliminating a major legal risk. MSEDCL paid ₹876.84 Cr for Change in Law claims, with more expected.
