SEPC specialises in executing EPC contracts, providing integrated solutions encompassing design, engineering, procurement, construction and project management services in water, process and process and metallurgy, and infrastructure segments.

SEPC's board announced an AGM on Sep 28. Its UAE subsidiary is set to acquire Wintality Petroleum FZE, an oil trading firm, via a share swap, making it a step-down subsidiary. Ms. K B K Vasuki was appointed as an Independent Director, bringing extensive legal and judicial experience.
