The board has approved allotting 11.73 lakh equity shares to promoter Navkar Surgical Gujarat Ltd upon warrant conversion, raising ₹3.13 Cr. This boosts paid-up capital from ₹43.96 Cr to ₹44.08 Cr. 17.35 lakh warrants are still outstanding.
