S.P. Apparels reported robust Q3 consolidated results: Revenue up 6.6% YoY to Rs 382.95 Cr, EBITDA up 11.2% to Rs 56.60 Cr, PAT up 9.1% to Rs 27.00 Cr. The board also re-appointed Mrs. S. Latha as Whole Time Director and approved authorization for loans/guarantees, subject to shareholder vote.
