TVS Motor Company Limited has informed the Exchange regarding a press release dated September 07, 2026, titled "TVS MOTOR COMPANY BRINGS FLAGSHIP ADVENTURE TECHNOLOGY TO THE A2 CLASS WITH RTX 300".
TVS Motor fully redeemed 190.03 Cr non-convertible preference shares (NCRPS) worth Rs 1900.35 Cr upon maturity. A final coupon payment of Rs 114.02 Cr was also disbursed. All NCRPS are now extinguished, simplifying the company's capital structure.
