V-MARC India is migrating to NSE Main Board & BSE, aiming for wider investor participation. The Board raised borrowing & charge limits to ₹1000 Cr each, enabling growth. New annual related party transaction limits up to ₹350 Cr with V-MARC group entities were also approved.
