Voltas posted strong Q1 consolidated results: Total Income ₹4,765 Cr (+18.5%), PAT ₹213 Cr (+51.1%). It strengthened RAC market leadership, selling 1M units in 81 days. Voltbek saw record sales. Projects' carry forward order book stands at over ₹6,345 Cr.
Voltas and Atomberg are forming a Joint Venture to manufacture high-efficiency Room AC compressors in India. This strategic move aims to boost indigenous technology, localization, and supply chain resilience for ACs. Voltas will be an anchor customer for the JV.
