Waaree Energies had a landmark FY26, achieving highest-ever 12 GW annual module production and ₹20,990.51 Crore revenue, a 64.44% year-on-year growth. The company boosted renewable energy use to 5.31% and commenced Scope 3 emissions reporting. No regulatory fines or product recalls were reported.
Waaree Energies will consolidate manufacturing facilities for operational efficiency by relocating units to its Chikhli plant. Its US subsidiary plans a US$ 37 million revamp of its Arizona plant, increasing US capacity to 4.8 GW, aiming to boost production capabilities.
