ABB India Limited has announced a board meeting to review financial results for the quarter and the financial year ended December 31, 2024. The company recorded total revenue from operations of ₹12,188.31 crore, an increase from ₹10,446.52 crore in the previous year.

Profit after tax rose to ₹1,871.64 crore compared to ₹1,242.05 crore previously.

The board recommended a final dividend of ₹33.60 per equity share, bringing the total annual dividend to ₹44.16 per share.
