TPL Plastech Limited's Board approved unaudited financial results for Q2 and H1 FY2024. Consolidated income reached ₹8,896.75 lakh, net profit after tax was ₹535.70 lakh.

Standalone results showed similar performance with a net profit of ₹535.81 lakh.

The company is developing a Greenfield manufacturing project for industrial packaging in Maharashtra, projected to complete by FY2025-26. Earning per share stands at ₹0.69.
