Lloyds Engineering Works has announced a board meeting on May 7, 2025, to approve financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Revenue rose ~21% to Rs. 755.78 Cr, EBITDA increased ~34% to Rs. 145.23 Cr, and PBT grew ~30% to Rs. 130.02 Cr.

The order book expanded ~45% to Rs. 1,315.38 Cr.

A final dividend of Rs. 0.25 per share is proposed, with the record date for eligibility to be announced.
